2. Step-by-Step Data Deletion Methods
You may request or execute data deletion through any of the following mechanisms:
A. Self-Service via Dashboard
Log in to your account, navigate to: Settings → Privacy → Danger Zone → Click 'Permanently Delete Workspace'. All tokens and isolated data will be purged upon your confirmation.
B. Via Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Go to your Facebook account → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Locate Antly → Click 'Remove' → Select delete content and click 'Send Request'. Our system receives the webhook and executes the deletion.
C. Via Google Account
Navigate to myaccount.google.com/permissions → Select Antly under third-party apps with account access → Click 'Remove Access'. Antly immediately discards all stored OAuth tokens and webhook listeners.
D. Direct Written Request
Email our Data Protection team at privacy@antlyai.com or support@antlyai.com with the subject 'User Data Deletion Request'. We verify ownership and execute complete deletion within 48 business hours with an audit receipt.
